Good & Bad News
So the good is that our business Urban Cookies has now opened a late night patio-- Thur-Sat. fom 7 - 10pm-- so now you can get your cookies and milk fix later.
The bad news is that we have to get a use permit from the city for our new patio. Has anyone done this-- any advice? Just started trying to find my way through a ton of online info.

Getting a use permit for outdoor dinning is pretty easy. It is $985 city fee for the ZA Hearing and a few bucks more for the actual permit. If you need help, I have done my plenty of these and I can walk you through the process for a couple cookies and a glass of milk.

Hey Joshua-- it's Brady's wife, Shaun. That's a fantatic offer! Thanks for letting us know what the fees and process is. I'm going to put this on our to do list for January. In the mean time, if you're in the area you should stop by for an advance on your cookies and milk! Thanks again.
